All Australia and non-USA International orders will ship from our Australia-based shipping facility.

United States Warehouse:
All USA orders will ship from our Los Angeles-based shipping facility.

Order Processing Time
Orders received before 1pm will generally be shipped out the same day. Orders received after 1pm will be shipped out the next business day. Please note this does not apply to Pre Orders or Sales.

Delivery Within Australia

Free standard shipping on all orders over $150 Australia wide, all other shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. All domestic orders are shipped out via Australia Post with delivery confirmation and tracking.

Express Shipping: 2-4 Business Days
Standard Shipping: 2-6 Business Days

Delivery Within United States

Free express shipping on all orders over $150 United States wide, all other shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. All domestic orders are shipped out via UPS with delivery confirmation and tracking.

International Shipping

Free shipping on all orders over $350 AUD. All other shipping fees, duties & taxes will be calculated at checkout. Orders to New Zealand are shipped via Australia Post with delivery confirmation and tracking.
All other international orders are shipped via Fedex Express with delivery confirmation and tracking.

Depending on where you choose to call home, your shipping pricing, duties and taxes will vary.

International Duties & Taxes

The amount of applicable duty and taxes will vary and are not included in the purchase price, or the shipping rate. These fees now calculate at checkout and are required to be paid, with your order and in advance of order delivery. Customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred, these fees will not be reimbursed.

A: International shipping is calculated based on weight, speed and destination, all calculated at checkout.

Q: How will I know how much my order will cost?

A: Just add items to your basket and click select to checkout. The order total will be included. Applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination, will be calculated. Customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred.
