Returns & Exchanges

Returns
All returns must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order (according to tracking information). If 14 days have exceeded upon receipt of your purchase, regretfully, we cannot honour our return policy.

Please ensure that your item is unworn, in the original condition and original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for return. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Refunds or Store Credits
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, alongside a notification for the approval or reasoning for not being able to honour your refund or store credit. If you are approved, your refund or store credit will be processed, and the value will automatically be applied to your original form of payment. If you have selected a store credit, you will receive an email containing a unique code for the value of your purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There is often a processing time before a refund is returned to your account, depending on your banks transaction times. If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please contact your credit card company or bank. Alternatively, please contact us to discuss further.

Exchanges
We offer size exchanges, please send us an email if you wish to arrange a size exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Sale Items
All sale items are considered final purchases and are not eligible for return, store credit, exchange or refund.
This incudes items purchased at a discounted price during a flash sale or promotional event (e.g. BLACKFRIDAY).

Earrings
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are unable to be returned.

Shipping
To return your product, please send us an email at hello@kapri.co. We do not offer free return shipping, it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We recommend returning your parcel via a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we are unable guarantee that your return parcel will reach us safely. Please note, we accept no responsibility for returns that are lost within your chosen postage delivery service that is not insured or trackable.

We are not responsible for customs fees, stolen packages or repairs.
