How to make a Return 

How you can part with your precious purchase we'll never know, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. In the event that you have to send them back to our fold, please make sure you bear in mind our return policy.

Our policy lasts 14 days after your receive your order (according to tracking information). If 14 days have been exceeded upon receipt of your purchase, regretfully, we cannot honour our refund policy, nor provide an exchange.

Be sure to ensure that your item is unused and in the same condition and in the original packaging that you received it in, to be eligible for a return. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, alongside a notification for the approval or reasoning for not being able to honour your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven't received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or bank, as often there is a delay before the refund is officially posted by the bank. Alternatively, please contact us to discuss further.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and accept no responsibility for returns that are lost within your chosen postage delivery service that is not insured or trackable.

We are not responsible for customs fees, stolen packages and repairs.
