Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This right applies to all purchases, including items bought at a discounted or sale price. Please ensure that your item is unworn, in the original condition and original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for return.
Please be advised that AUS and non-USA International orders will be returned to our Australian Warehouse.
How to withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, use the button below. You do not need to create an account or log in. The process takes less than two minutes:
Once you submit your withdrawal request, you will receive an email confirming receipt with a timestamp. Please keep this for your records.
What happens after you withdraw
- We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned goods, or proof of dispatch (whichever comes first).
- Your refund will include the original outbound shipping cost you paid. We will refund to your original payment method.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Sale items
Your right of withdrawal applies to all purchases, including items bought during a sale, flash sale, or promotional event (such as Black Friday). If you are an EU customer, sale items are not final sale for the purpose of withdrawal rights.
Once your 14-day withdrawal window has passed, sale items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
We are happy to arrange size exchanges within the 14-day withdrawal period. Please use the withdrawal function above and indicate that you would like an exchange, or email us at hello@kapri.co.
Exceptions - items that cannot be returned
The following items are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law:
- Earrings - Earrings are sold sealed. Once the hygiene seal has been broken after delivery, they cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. This is a standard EU exception under Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return. Processing times vary by bank; if your refund has not appeared within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please contact your card provider first, then reach out to us at hello@kapri.co.
